For over a decade I have worked at the intersection of procurement, contracts, and risk inside a Tech & Financial Services Sector. My expertise spans the full risk lifecycle, covering RFP and contract negotiation through to DORA compliance and ICT risk governance, bringing both technical precision and strategic thinking to the problems most organizations treat as box-ticking exercises.
I have a genuine interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, and the regulatory implications of how data moves within and beyond EU borders. That curiosity is not passive — it shapes the framework and strategies required for remediation and solutions. Combined with direct experience building a startup from the ground up, I understand how organisations function at every level: the enterprise complexity and the founder’s instinct to cut through it.

A decade of contracts, risk, and regulatory complexity in complex working environment — €100 million+ managed, €100 million added to the savings target , and hundreds of vendors assessed across the EU. When I identified what was broken in how banks handle DORA compliance, I built a product to fix it. That instinct — to solve, not just observe — is what drives everything I do.
