I’m a senior contracting professional with over a decade of hands-on experience managing complex IT contracts., now specializing in the banking and financial services sector.
I oversee end-to-end procurement processes — from sourcing and supplier selection to contract execution and post-contract governance. I have a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape governing financial institutions, including DORA, GDPR, EBA outsourcing guidelines, ESG obligations, and emerging EU AI regulation.
My most recent focus area is AI contracting and risk management — an increasingly critical discipline as financial institutions adopt large-scale AI solutions. I am actively researching AI safety frameworks and studying the EU AI Act to position financial institutions ahead of regulatory requirements.
I am also building a DORA Engine — a proprietary tool designed to streamline and automate DORA reporting obligations for financial entities, addressing one of the most pressing operational pain points in the sector today.
